Deano getting home from school
Parker climbed on with Karsyn's bus driver Mr White and gave a honk
Karsyn got to attend a little over a week at his school for the Pre-K classes. This was a month long course but he missed 3 days to take Parker to his Denver appointments and then got sick, then Parker got sick.... So we decided at the recommendation of Parker's oncologist to hold off on sending him back and to hold off on sending him to Kindergarten too until Parker is done with his chemo and his immune system is back up. Oh boy, when Karsyn caught wind of school starting last week he was all ready to go and when I reminded him that he wasn't going to start yet he was so upset. Poor guy. He told me that he couldn't wait for Parker to "be done with cancer." Amen to that Karsyn, me too. We will go and get Karsyn's lessons each week and work with him at home as best as we can. Parker is so excited to go to school also. It is a little easier to convince him about starting later. Everyday though he says to me, "Momma when do I get my booboo port out so I can go to school?" He also asks me if other kids have ports for their medicine.

It will be a wonderful day in Parker's, Karsyn's and all our lives when Parker is "over with the cancer"! It is hard for them to understand how serious Parker's condition can be. Love them all soooooooMOST!! Baby Logynn too!!!
